Refund policy
Many of my products are made with Gelato's print on demand service meaning each product is specially made just for you! This means I have no involvement with the physical production and shipping of these types of orders - all I do is create the illustration and add the design to the product digitally. Due to these products being custom made, we do not accept returns however we can offer you free replacements or refunds if your issue aligns with Gelato's return policy.
If your receive your order and it is damaged, missing items or the quality is insufficient, you can process a replacement request by sending me an email at miadaviesart@gmail.com that includes photos of the defective product, reasons why you want a replacement and any other relevant information. To validate your request, you must include photos of the packaging and shipping label as well as your tracking number. If Gelato's customer support team accepts your request, you will receive a free replacement for the faulty products. Make sure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order or we will not be able to action your request.
If your order has been lost in transit or it has been returned to sender, please get in touch with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and provide us with sufficient information that supports your claim. This includes your order details, address and tracking number/details. If all of this information is valid, we can send you a replacement order. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we can offer you a refund as long as you share valid reasons and information about your order. Make sure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you complaint is due product damage, quantity or quality or 30 days of your estimated delivery date if your issue relates to a lost order or return to sender. NOTE: we will not issue a replacement if you unhappy with the design of the product. All designs are original illustrations or paintings made by myself which can be viewed as digital mockups and/or product photos on my store before you purchase the product. You can also view my artworks and processes on my social media platforms Additionally, colour consistencies that lie within Gelato's tolerance levels are not valid reasons to receive a replacement/refund. This is because 100% consistency cannot be achieved due to the chemical process of printing. Multiple factors, such as the machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity of the room and when the machine was last cleaned are all examples of Gelato's tolerance levels when it comes to printing.
